Concept of Ceramics
In general,
CERAMICS are porous crystal with innumerable micro holes of which diameters
are 3 to 10 Angstrom (angstrom=1/10,000,000mm) consisting of inorganic
metal
compound such as Sio2, A1203 & etc. composing Zeolite structure.
The total surface area of Ceramics Ultrafine particle reaches 300 to 600 suqure
meter per 1 gramme.
Our DEODORANT of a new system made realization posible for the first time
by the crystal of the antibacterial ceramics with this vast surface area.
Our developed Ceramics in Liquid form
CERAMICS are generally in Solid form.
However our factory i succeeded in the development of ceramics in LIQUID form
for the first time in Japan..
As far as it knows now, the minimum ultrafine particle of ceramics in solid
form
is 3 to 10 microns(1 micron = 1/1000mm) in general, but CERAMICS in liquid form
produced by our factory is 0.01 to 0.02microns, so the materials that could
not have
been easily processed so far, can be processed by this new technology.
